Rajiv Talwar is being appointed Deputy Director General of Toursim in the Government of India. 1978 batch UT cadre IAS officer, Talwar, is presently Chairman of the DTC.

PM starts asserting

Skipped Parliament and went to Bihar showing that he does not care a damn.

As Railway Minister he had promised to come to Parliament and make a statement on the accident,
But instead of coming to Parliament to Bihar he went.

This lacklustre and couldn't care attitude is responsible for the accident in a way,
Because if he was serious about his work Safety problems would have been tackled straight away.

Laloo may be a Political animal but when it comes to Administration he is zero,
Fiddles with politics as his Ministry goes down the bogs…..Administrative Nero!!

Laloo is an Administrative dyslexic …cannot focus,
All that he can do is his buffoonery and 'kuladh' type hocus- pocus.

Need of the hour….a sting operation in the Railways to reveal the rampant decadence,
Even to buy a Tender Document one has to take 'rishwat' ka dependence!!!

The Babus say helplessly that money goes right to the top,
Say that Laloo's chamchas man the 'loot and ghoos' ki Shop.

Railways is going the Bihar way,
Both Sonia and Manmohan know this but coalition compulsions leave them helpless except to look on in dismay!!

Sonia has invited Laloo and Paswan for a meal,
So that between them she can broker a deal.

Dinner will be an all Italian affair to try to get Laloo and Paswan feel Amore (love) for each other,
To ensure that in Bihar UPA comes out as a winner she is taking the bother!!!

But getting Paswan and Laloo to shake hands is easier said than done,
So bad has the relationship gone!!!

Paswan knows that if he lets Laloo go this time then his own Political future will be in doubt,
For his own survival he has to ensure Laloo's rout.

Laloo has been boasting to his cronies that after winning Bihar elections he will take revenge,
Salaa Sadhu and a few cronies are now working on Project Avenge.

And in Project Avenge Paswan's name is on the top of the list….Dushman Number Ek,
Laloo's aim 'Paswan ko hum karoogaa break'.

First they literally 'tongue' each other in Public and now they cry foul…what hypocrisy,
Blaming the Media for this is ludicrousy.

Bollywood Stars should know that they are always in the camera glare,
Hence should behave themselves in Public stare.

I would like to highlight the deplorable service conditions of Indian Supply Service,Central Class 1 Service.Cadre Management is miserable.Officers with 28 years service are rotting at senior time scale.Even JAG scale has not been given as recommended by the 5th pay commission and approved by DoPT.This scale has been given by all other Engineering Services more than three years back.Over and above there are 8 vacancies at the Director level(JAG)lying vacant for about a year but not yet filled up.The file for JAG Scale was moved two years back but fate is not known as the same is pending in Ministry Of Commerce.Similar is the fate of file for filling up 8 vacant posts of Directors which was moved more than 6 months back.God Bless if CS take action.
