from his current assignment as Dy Director ( Admn) AIIMS. The officer known for his high integrity and

His lone battle against corruption at AIIMS has resulted in unearthing the Medical Entrance Exams rackets, appointments scams in AIIMS. Recently the CBI court in Mumbai had directed the CVO of AIIMS to continue the enquiry initiated for shielding of an accused in a criminal case and submit the enquiry report to the court. As the needle of suspicion in these CBI cases initiated by Baijendra
kumar, a powerful lobby pressed the panic button. They at last got success in easing out Baijendra Kumar by making his work so suffocating and difficult that he himself requested for a lateral shift. The vast majority of faculty and other staff of this premier institute fondly acknowledge the contributions of Baijendra Kumar for AIIMS in the last 3 and a half years and feel demoralised by the manipulative inside politics of the coterie. administration has been removed by the shifting of this honest and hard working IAS officer.
