initiated for improvements and transparency. Railway Ministry is no exception now. It is rumoured that a lot of corruption is prevailing in the name of Ten Year Rule (ie max ten yr tenure of officer in any Metro City). There is no uniformity in the application of this rule by the Raiway Board. Sheer favoratism for some and punishment in the name of it for sincere and honest officers. Some chosen few have been able to manage their continuation despite more than ten years by hook or by crook. Zonal Railways Heads also in a fix since they are unable to explain the disparity in such cases.Who will take corrective action ?.
