Forces Chiefs pondering on innovative retirement plans!!!

Grapevine has it that the three Chiefs of the Services, the Indian Army, The Indian Air Force and the Indian Navy are nowadays pondering on a fabulous post retirement plan.If rumour mill is to be believed then the three chiefs are thinking of introducing a proposal of some "happening" post retirement perks for retiring chiefs.
The buzz is that the proposal propounds the retiring chiefs to be granted perks such as Batmen, orderlies and Sahayaks (who are all soldiers of the forces), Govt cars bearing Stars and a few more governmental benefits even after their retirement.No wonder this would do a lot of good to future or would be chiefs but would it be wise on the part of the prestigious Chiefs of the three different forces to use Govt cars bearing Stars and soldiers as orderlies even after retirement. Would it be morally upright?Can the proposal be actually true? Would it see light at the end of the day? If yes, then wouldn't retiring bureaucrats and IPS officers clamour for similar benefits tommorow?? After all no particular force can claim that they do more service to the nation than any other force.
