IAS changes in Bihar

Seventeen IAS officers including 12 DMs have been transferred in Bihar.Munger DM Sudhir Kumar Singh has been shifted to Katihar in the same capacity while Bihar State Leather Development Corporation MD Radheshyam Bihari Singh made Munger DM. The Araria DM, B Pradhan, goes to the rural development department as additional secretary. He has been replaced by Amarendra Narain Singh, Joint Secretary of the Urban Development department. The Sitamarhi DM, Atish Chandra, has been appointed Director,Agriculture, while Secondary Education Secretary A B Prasad made the Sitamarhi DM. The PHED Additional Secretary Shivananadan Ram goes to Khagaria as the new DM while the Khagaria DM, Arvind Kumar Choudhari, has been appointed Additional Secretary Finance. Vaishali DM Rashid Ahmed Khan has been sent to Banka in the same capacity while Nalanda DM Hukum Singh Meena has been brought to Vaishali. The Sheikhpura DM Anand Kishore has been sent to Nalanda as the new DM. Ms Safina A N the Muzaffarpur DDC, has been shifted to Sheikhpura as the DM to replace Kishore. The Katihar DM Hira Lal, has been appointed the new DM of Gopalganj. Lal has replaced H R Sriniwasan who goes to Madhubani as its new DM. Kaimur DM Mihir Kumar Singh goes to the Urban Development department as Additional Secretary while the Madhubani DM, B Rajendra, has been sent to Kaimur. The Banka DM Raghunandan Prasad, has been appointed the Director, Secondary Education.
