21,IAS officers to retire this month

They are Mssrs Vinay Kohli(Assam-Meghalaya),Gorelal Prasad Yadav ,Krishna Prasad Mandal,Nand Kishore Prasad ,Kishore Chandra Mishra and Vijendra Kumar Sinha (Bihar),Vinod Vaish (Chhattisgarh),L M Mehta (Haryana),Vinod Lal (Himachal Pradesh),B S Patil and V Govind Raj (Karnataka),Utpal Kumar Mukhopadhyaya,A N Chandratreya and B L Awdhal(Maharashtra),R Ezung (Nagaland),Swinder Singh Puri (Punjab),Dr V Palanichamy (Tamil Nadu),Ram Kishan Singh(UP) and Arjit Ghosh,Mantu Surai and Kalipada Pal (West Bengal).
