Chidambram (PC) got up to present the Budget and started with , " I've got good news and bad news…….first the good news…….my Bowel movement today has been fantastic and I am on top of the World…..bad news…..this Budget may lead to severe Constipation for quite a few…friend an foe!!!!!"

PC made it amply clear that he will be the FM for the official term of this Government…..he says he is playing a five day Test Match and not a one day match!!!! But, as of now it seems that 'rain' may curtail the Test Match and reduce it to a two-day match….match will be abandoned!!!! Next time around maybe PC may not be selected……even if he were to be selected his Team, which is the Official Team today, may be nominated as the B team and the present B team may become the Official Team…or simply everything could go ulta pulta!!!!

In response to Khanduri's apprehensions Chidambram said, "Main hoo naa"…..Kandhuri should have responded …. "You are not our Saathiya and hence the Darr!!!!" Complimenting Sonia for her Leadership Chidambram dedicated the Budget to her and in effect said, "Tumhare Liye!!!" PC looked at Manmohan and said this Budget was an effort by "Hum Tum." Vajpayee said that this Budget was actually fudged from NDA Policies…….Congress proved "Chori mera kaam."

PC says that this is a Budget with Passion and Compassion!!!! But, the FII's have termed this Budget as inflationary and will in all probability downgrade their optimistic view on India….they have predicted upper limit as 4900.

But, it is imperative that India should have a National 3 day Budget Holiday, commencing on the day the Budget is presented. The knee jerk reactions cause tremendous damage and if everything were closed , it would give time for factual interpretation before euphoria or panic sets in. For example this time take the Textile Industry …..first cried rape after the Budget was presented and a day after the presentation the Textile Industry is talking of conjugal bliss!!!! Holiday would mean that people would view the Budget in casuals…..nail biting would still continue…but you would agree that it is more appropriate and comfortable biting nails in casuals!!!!!

The Turnover tax took the Markets down on the day the Budget was presented…..but now the 'panic has been postponed' as the Government says that the Turnover Tax will only come into effect once the Finance Bill is passed……so the Government has administered antibiotic and pain killer…..the pain has subsided and the Markets have perked…..extraction has been postponed……Dentists and Dental patients know this procedure!!!!! Yes, the Doctor, that is PC, will also re-look at the X Rays to see if extraction can be avoided!!!!!

Experts say that the Deficit has been camouflaged by the Debt Swap……at one time Manmohan had called this as fudging…..but then this is not fudging when it is done by an Economist!!!!!!

Will Department of Investment will take over from Department of Disinvestment???? Saving on Stationary as the 'Dis' will be blanked out!!!! Commies are referring to the Dictionary to evaluate the true meaning of Investment and if Investment means Disinvestment!!!!!

Bihar Package……Bihar should be given the Relief Package in kind!!!! Rabdi will be formulating a new Ministry….Ministry of Relief Package…….no problem on the Downsizing as she will head this Ministry…….OSD will be Laloo…..On Spending Duty……and if you take the Chaara ghotala as a precedence your guess is as good as mine as to where and how the OSD will spend the Relief Funds!!!

PC ended the Budget with a quote from Charles Dickinson and compared himself to Pip. Laloo returned to the Railway Ministry and raised a hue and cry and asked his Officials as to why they had not included such a quote in his Railway Budget Speech????? The harried Officials have now come up with something …..Laloo is applying to the Speaker to allow him to present this as an Addendum……he has cited that the Government does this regularly…..that is issue Addendums!!!! The quote is…….Laloo sat on a wall, But Laloo did not fall. All the RS Opposition and the LS Opposition could not make him budge from the wall…Laloo will be recite this like the Rhyme Humpty Dumpty.
