Appointment of new RAW chief is being considered a certainty.A three member panel is believed to have reached to the Prime Minister.Mssrs P K Harmese Tharakan ,E S Laxminarsimhan and N C Padhi figure in the panel.There is also a proposal to shift RAW Chief C D Sahay to MHA as Special Secretary to look after Jammu and Kashmir affairs.

Writ petition against IAS in Madhya Pradesh

Joint Directors of Veternary Department of state of Madhya Pradesh have filed a writ petition( W.P no. 2887/04) in MP high court challenging the appointment the of IAS officer as the commissioner of Veternary services. The main ground taken in the petition is that the post of CVS should be occupied only by a vetenarian & not by IAS officers as they are ineligible & unqualified to hold the same.

And tour expenses of ministers have been reduced by Rs 42 crore to Rs 46 crore……so the frequent flying Ministers will have to curtail their impulses to fly at the drop of a hat or fund the flying impulse form their own pocket……or become pally with the likes of Mallya and mooch free rides on private Jets!!!!

One thing is for sure both Manmohan and PC exude decency…….both have unblemished reputations……sometimes they have to throttle their consciences on the diktat of the High Command, but personally they are spotless like the clothes they wear.
