PM to clear empanelment file next week

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is expected to clear the empanelment file of 1968 and 1969 batch IAS officers to the rank of Secretary in Government of India in a couple of days. Two 1968 and three 1969 batch IAS officers have been cleared for empanelment during the review meeting.

1977 batch IPS promoted in Punjab

Two 1977 batch IPS officers J P Birdi and Jyoti Trehan have been pomoted to the rank of ADG in Punjab.

IPS changes in Andhra Pradesh

A K Shrivastava has been appointed chairman of AP Police Housing Corporation. He is 1968 batch IPS officer.1974 batch IPS officer I J Nagia has been made ADG SPF.Babu Rao will be new ADG Administration. Madan Lal has been posted as IG Sports.

Where is Shibu Soren?????? The Official line is that he has gone to inspect a Coal Mine!!!!! As you are aware Cell Phones do not work deep down in the mines ,so Shibu in incommunicado.
