For your info Laloo as per the adage 'early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy , wealthy and wise' went to bed early and got up early….he wants to look healthy and wise in Parliament. Wealthy??? He knows that everyone knows about this facet of his.

Laloo , thankfully, presented the Budget in Hindi. Like Mani Shankar Aiyer says Laloo's English is equivalent to someone scratching his nails on a blackboard…in short unbearable!!!! In fact whenever Laloo wants to put the Bureaucrats or Media into a tizzy he starts speaking in English….cannot be understood or quoted!!!!

Speaking of Mani…..Mani is dumbfounded at the leaks in his Ministry…that is to the Press……his Ministry Officials seem to be over zealously Media friendly and Media Savvy!!! Well, Mani can put a stop to this by just becoming a little Media friendly himself. Surprising a man who ran to the Media with anything and everything when he was not in Power seems to have cocooned himself from the Media when in Power!!!!

Laloo's Railway Budget can be termed as 'penny foolish and pound foolish'…populist, but only for a short-term objective and on a short-lived basis…no doubt this is an anti Railway budget!!!!
During the presentation Laloo indulged in banter and cross talk and ultimately had to be admonished by the Speaker. He made a ludicrous statement that as he had not increased the passenger and freight fares and rates respectively , the credit should go to Sonia and Sonia should become PM!!!!

Manmohan must have cringed at this statement. As for Sonia, she should realize that just like Laloo's Budget his statement is also loaded…….like the adage……it is better to have a wise enemy than a foolish friend!!!!! Sonia will in due course realize her 'lalooness' in allying with Laloo!!!!

Mayawathi as Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha???? Though Congress wants this seems NCP and the Commies are against this…also SP's 12 Votes in the Rajya Sabha are crucial for Mayawathi's election and SP voting for Mayawathi is a nonexistent possibility. Mayawathi has been trying for this post as it will afford her Legal Immunity against prosecution….Taj Corridor!!! As of now seems Moshina Kidwai is the frontrunner for this Post.
