Nagaland IPS Officers a demoralised lot!

The IPS officers in Nagaland arefacing a step-motherly treatment from the state government. Despite a very strong letter from MHA(recently written to govts of Punjab and Nagaland)stating that all the cadre posts should beimmediately transferred to IPS officers, many of the IPS Officers of Nagaland are without posting for last
so many months.sample this-- Rupin sharma(1992)was asked to report from Central Deputation in Nov 2003 is
still to get a posting. RP Kikan, IPS(1998) is still posted as Addl SP; he should have been posted as SP long ago. Bidhu sekhar is without a posting for last 6 months. SM Tamgade(2001) who finished
his probation in Sept2003 has astonishingly has'nt got his first posting since then. Sarvanan(2000) should
have got his time bound promotion to senior scale in Jan 2004, but he has still not been promoted. This
being a situation when all the cadre posts in the rank of SP are being occupied by state service officers.
Even the MHA directions have no bearing on the state govt. Will the Governmentt of India do anything to bring some order in the state??

Governors in various States are contemplating sacking orders. Dual importance of this exercise is to ensure friendly Governors and also to accommodate quite a few stalwarts. Not that the Governors are not prepared….quite a few have already contacted professional Packers and Movers.

Amrinder Singh as a Governor?????? My God which State is going to be blessed …actually cursed with him????? Mr. Vindictiveness is going to pay for his one track policy…….Badal toh Badla!!!!! His bum chum C-----l is making the rounds of Surjit's house to attempt putting pressure on Allaa Command not to sack Amrinder. Plan B …….Amrinder does not want to be sacked and wants the Congress High Command to make his exit honourable????? The delay…….Plan B being studied.

Chidambram may go blue in the face trying to say that the Government is going to be business friendly. But, the fact is that with Commies breathing down the neck of this Government , businessmen take his words with dollops of salt. Why did Rahul Gandhi not take a Cabinet Berth??????? Well , once this Government stabilizes and its longevity report is confirmed……..Rahul will become a junior Minister and so will the other youngsters. Also Rahul will play the pivot role in UP. The basic idea will be to project that he is on the learning curve.

The longevity of this Government is hotly being debated……because of the contradictions in the Alliance and the local compulsions of the Allies, this Government at present is being given a life span of two years.
