In the Foreign Ministry the angry and undiplomatic look is in. Any mention of Jaswant or Yashwant is considered offending. Many are contemplating dyeing their hair white……..if not white at least a white streak ala I. Gandhi!!!! The Foreign Ministry Spokesmen have been instructed to respond to questions scornfully …aping their Minister.

Talking of taking names…..Narsimha Rao's name has been banned in 10 Janpath. Anyone taking his name has to wash his mouth with soap. Both , Manmohan and Chidambram have washed their mouths with soap. Now they do not take his name…they just ape his famous pout when they have to refer to him.

Talking of Narsimha Rao……it is now confirmed that India is anti Reform. Look at Rao and Vajpayee….both Reformers and both lost re-elections. Kar bhala ho burra!!!

How long Karnataka Government ?

After 3 long weeks, Karnataka has 10 ministers excluding, of course, the CM and the Deputy CM, who were sworn in first. But no portfolios were assigned.The entire state watched, with great sadness, and not a little anger, the way senior politicians wrangled and wangled in order to ensure a fair deal ostensibly for the same luckless people.Whose interests predominated was pretty obvious and meanwhile serious problems like medical and engineering admissions coming to a halt because of the high fees fixed and the private managements siezing this moment to harass students surfaced ,but alas, where could the students go for redressal? People are wondering about the longevity of the ministery since the partners do not see eye to eye and they have not even faced their first legislature session! Bureaucrats are waiting anxiously for the inevitable transfers.All in all, it feels like the last day of school and this has been the situation since
March! Truly long suffering are the good people of this state.
