Bihar has formulated a 'Rediscover your Bihari roots' package for Bihari NRIs!!! This would be a Joint Venture between the Bihar Government and the Bihar Kidnapping Association. NRIs visiting Bihar will be kidnapped and then shifted from hideout to hideout within Bihar…Bihar Darshan…and remaining underground they will get to see the 'roots'. Ultimately once the ransom is paid they will be released and after a meal with the CM will be packed off to catch their outbound flights. Via this mode Bihar's kidnapping Industry will get a boost and earn valuable foreign exchange. Laloo is approaching PC to get benefits for the Kidnapping Industry on the FE they earn.

Manmohan needs to be more assertive…..more visible!!! Initially they had a formula where Manmohan would be the Administrative PM and Sonia would be the Political PM. But, then they say 'Doodh ka jalaa chaach bhi phook phook ke peetha hai'……after her experience with Narsimha Rao, Sonia just cannot trust anyone!!!! With Sonia looking more like the PM and the Congress stalwarts and Allies not giving the PMO its due importance UPA means Usurping Power Alliance!!!

Some say in this NDA snub episode, Manmohan has sent a message to the Congress stalwarts in the room when this episode took place……kahi pe nigaahe kahi pe nishaana….. seems the real aim was to send a message to the Congress stalwarts, NDA delegation was only a bahaana!!!!
