One MLA on not getting a Chairmanship of his choice , refused the Chairmanship saying that he would follow Sonia's example and not take any Office (sic)!!! This MLA has the title 'Kaka', which means 'Baba log' …even Amrinder's son uses the same title…..Kakas in Punjab are looked upon as spoilt brats!!!! So let me try to explain Sonia refusing Office in a way that the Kakas will understand:
