Supreme Court Collegium is believed to have cleared the names of Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Ravindran and Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court Justice Altmas Kabir for the Supreme Court.

Is Railway Board above the law ?

Railway Board always believes that it is above the law. However does the Minister of Railway know that he was misled in passing an illegal order? It was a FULL BOARD decision to open the post of MD/IRCTC to all services of the Indian Railways, but deft monoevring by two Members resulted in Laloo Prasad overruling the Full Board decision in favour of the Indian Railway Traffic Service, in total violation of norms for board level appointments for PSU's. In its desperate bid to dispense quick favours to the previous Delhi DRM, the Railway Board has circulated the post even before the issue of deputation being settled and even before the PESB has approved the job description.Will the Railway Minister and PESB wake up to this bold and illegal manipulation?.

Jagdish Tytler tried his best till the last …. but ultimately had to go,
Because Manmohan requested him to resign and Sonia to his pleadings said no.

Even while going Tytler showed his bias , classlessness and impropriety,
He handed his resignation to Sonia and not to Manmohan…… what a pity???

He resigned from Manmohan's Cabinet and so should have handed resignation to him,
Manmohan has viewed this as something very dim!!!

In fact Sonia should have told Tytler that she was not a Post Office and sent him packing,
Fact is Tytler is bitter because he thinks Manmohan was instrumental in his sacking!!!

Kudos to the Indian Print and Electronic Media for the coverage and stand,
They stood up for prevailing of justice and law of the land.

Indians too stood by their Sikh brethren in their hour of pain,
Indians showed amply that they looked at the ATR with disdain.

After the ATR Manmohan's apology looks more like croc tears…… sham,
Had Congress been really sorry ATR would not have shown that Congress cared a damn.

The think tank in Congress felt that accepting 9 out of 10 Nanawati's recommendations was enough,
They underestimated the response and tried to push through their bluff!!!

But Indians showed that Indians do not take injustice lightly,
Congress was made to feel that its actions were unsightly.

21 years…..the kids have become adults , adults have become old and old have passed away,
And still where justice is concerned hope ki there is not even a ray!!!

So the battle continues ….. will justice prevail???
In ensuring promised justice is delivered will Sarkaar pass or fail????

If you ask me Congress has just bought time,
With renewed measures Congress will come back to cover up the crime!!!

Laloo is still on EC's case,
Blames EC for loosing the last electoral race.

Laloo says EC is biased against him,
An allegation that is indeed very grim.

Is Laloo trying to make a case for a poor showing in the upcoming election,
Because Biharis are likely to make a somewhat similar selection.

Maybe Paswan could gain a few more seats,
But Laloo is again looking at more defeats.

Yes if Laloo is able to negotiate or coerce Paswan to join forces then story will change,
Then victory is well within range!!!
