Aaj Ki Aawaz

Bardhan has tried his level best to make Karat realize that Laloo is a liability,
But Karat prefers to stay with Laloo….. however Bardhan tried to the best of his ability.

But seems Karat does not want to rock the boat at this very late juncture,
Because in his opinion leaving Laloo may cause in UPA at the centre a puncture!!!

Fact is that if Commies speak on probity then cannot be in Team Laloo,
Because if they opt for Team Laloo they will be termed chaloo!!!

At present seems NDA is way ahead in Bihar,
And Congress would not like that Bihar jaaye haar!!!

So now Congress is trying its level best to get UPA united in Bihar,
Because Congress knows that without unison Bihar mein padhe gi maar!!!

But they say CPI has decided to stay away from Laloo in Bihar ….. further the better,
Because CPI feels in Bihar Laloo CPI ke prospects karre ga fetter.

NDA is going to renew its call for sacking tainted Ministers in the central Cabinet,
After pressing for this in the past they had allowed the matter to hibernate!!!

Prior to Bihar elections this issue will reach a crescendo,
Demanding that the tainted should go!!!

Speaker can be criticized……… Speaker is not a Holy Cow,
Yes while leaving or entering House Members bow but that does not mean they have to literally bow!

Fact……Speakers have political affiliations and so are prone to take sides,
Wrong to demand ' Speaker orders and Opposition abides'!!!!

Speaking against the Speaker cannot be construed as 'Contempt',
And no one can ban such an attempt!!

See the Brits……. no one is insulated from criticism …not even the Queen,
Against anyone a citizen can say what he or she wants….. and they can be pretty mean!!

Yes if the Speaker feels that what has been said is wrong and brings him or her harm,
Then they can rely on the legal arm!!!!

This is the balance in Democracy…..right to speak and right to sue,
If you berate someone he or she has his or her rights too!!!

Nanny Shukla says that Indian MPs are underpaid… still people vie for this job,
And when they do not get a ticket they sometimes openly sob.

If this was such a lowly paid job why do people spend crores to get this kaam???
I'm sure it is not only for naam!!!!

Nanny is a backdoor entry to RS and will try to repeat this feet,
That is enter RS via a backdoor to occupy a seat.

So he does not have a constituency….. making MPs his constituents by demanding a salary hike,
Because he knows by raising this issue all MPs karre ge usko like!!!

And then this will help him in his networking with friend and foe,
Feels by this friendship ke seeds karr raha hai sow!!!

Tytler says that he does no mind getting investigated by Advani's son,
Because he knows this is not the way things are done!!!

Now that he is open to any investigation….would he allow Scotland Yard to investigate his case???
Mention this and you will see that smug smile disappear from his face.

Tytler knows that at the investigation level he has taken care of matters,
And now terms all those pointing fingers at him as mad hatters.

Fact is all know of his involvement and how he saved his skin,
How Justice was put into the bin!!!

Vinod Mehta needs to change his 'Outlook',
Should remember you end up eating what you cook!!!

Would he forget if his own kith and kin had been killed by a mob???
And then see justice hothaa rob!!!

See the person who lead the Mob be given a prize,
I'm sure Mehta's BP would rise!!!!

What would he say if someone told him to forget ,
I'm sure from his mouth he would start to fret!!!!

It is easy to preach ……. Mehta would have lost his sanity had he to go through this,
Every breath would come out in a painful and angry hiss!!

Both 1984 Genocide and Gujarat Riots should not be forgiven or forgotten,
On both occasions humanity turned rotten!!!

Pray such a genocide or riot does not happen again,
Would not even wish that an enemy should be put through such pain.

INTERFERENCE OF POLITICS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The Vice Chancellor of Bundelkhand University was removed on 17th July, 2005 just two weeks before completion of his Second Term as a Vice Chancellor which was to be completed on 31st July, 2005, just because The Chancellor of the University accused him of some serious charges which were irrelevant, faked and frame, thus ruining his future academic career.

Chancellor did not entertain any of his grievance/complaints regarding the role of education and land mafia who kept destabilising the university. No hearing even was allowed to him. Complaints against The Vice Chancellor and the University were extracted from the same mafia members and used as tool to remove him unfairly. Actual functionaries of the University, who were defaulters and also indicted have not been penalized nor any action was taken against them.

About the Vice Chancellor
Prof. Ramesh Chandra's scientific contributions and achievements in field of Chemistry and Biomedical sciences have been recognised internationally. He is an outstanding Academic Administrator and Institution Builder.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research (ACBR) at Delhi University has played a pioneering role in biomedical and research in India. Prof. Chandra is the Founder Director since its inception in 1991. This is the only institute in the country where 100% of its students qualify CSIR/UGC/ ICMR National Level Eligibility Examination. ACBR has become a world class institute in biomedical research having 60 M.Sc. and 150 Ph.D. students on campus.

Bundelkhand University:

Bundelkhand University was established in 1975. During the 30 years of its existence a total of Rs. 6.92 crores were spent on its development by U.P. Government. The faculty consisted of 7 teachers and 128 students. Prof. Chandra during his tenure of 6 years was able to mobilise about Rs. 154 Crores from the UGC and private and public sector industries, Central Government Departments for the development of the University as a major University for higher and technical education in UP consisting of about 36 institutes offering 207 study programmes with special emphasis on employment oriented courses in Management, Pharmacy, Food Technology and Applied Sciences, with 400 members of the Faculty and 15000 students. Now, the Campus has separate buildings for every institution with well-equipped laboratories and a library consisting of 15 lac books, Hostels for boys, girls and teaching staff and a magnificent auditorium and an international conference centre to hold seminars and discussions. These developments have been appreciated and well commented by the Visiting Team of the UGC, the Bar Council of India and the Pharmacy Council of India. At a Conference of Vice-Chancellors a special mention was made of Bundelkhand University by the Secretary, AIU for its success in establishing job oriented courses on self- financing basis. As an appreciation of his success in the first term of 3 years Prof. Chandra was given a second term to continue the development of Bundelkhand University as its Vice Chancellor. During the last one decade no other State University in UP has been developed so well as Bundelkhand University because of the personal initiative vision and dynamism of Prof. Chandra. Prof. Chandra has distinguished himself as an educationist, an eminent scientist and an efficient administrator with qualities of dynamic leadership and vision required building institutions of repute.

We can see from the above mentioned facts that how a person who has already largely contributed towards building and developing an institution of higher learning in such a short span of time, rather than being rewarded is being demolished in such way. The development of Bundelkhand University during the last six years as well as the development of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Centre for Biomedical Research at University of Delhi; both are unique and classic example of the institutions with which anybody can feel proud to lead.

Hence, personal feeling and caste based discrimination may not be allowed to ruin in particular those who have proved their worth and utility to the nation and are yet ready and willing to contribute their worth to institution building in the country.
