The nation has lost much years and exchequer after independence but the dream of true development has so far eluded us as the policy makers and and so called administrators, we chosein the bureaucracy did not worth the responsibility and proved totally incompetant. there is no need to reform the administrative service being a burden for so many years, we may allow it to die. The new system must give space and interface at the top to already existing Specialist civil services. the leadership in bureaucracy must transform into a multidisciplinary, efficient and performing apparatus devoid of this administrative service, to bring about contextually relevant, socially acceptable, economically viable and professionally vetted policiesand their efficient implementation for sustainable development of the country.
