The delay in the empanelment of 1975 batch IAS officials for the rank of Additional Secretary is being attributed to the PM's directives. PM has, in view of the protests involving 1972 batch Secretary level empanelment, is learnt to have directed that such things should not be repeated in any case.

CRs beyond 1992 were considerd

Only CRs of 1992 onwards were reportedly considered for the empanelment of 1975 batch IAS officials to the rank of Additional Secreatry.

By two sting operations shown on the telly!!!

First it was money for questions and now MPLAD funds misuse,
Sting shows yeh funds kaise karte hai MPs abuse!!

In 'questions for money' 57 MPs were stung and only 11 were found to be dishonest,
What about the rest was it inconclusive or were they honest???

In MPLAD matter how many did they sting…what was strike rate in this sting???
Honesty pe kitno me apna jootha karra fling????

Whatever may be the means but means justify the end,
So these corrupt politicians ko Parties na karre defend!!!

They should be made to resign their seats and bye-elections should take place,
Nothing else can save face!!!

But what is wrong is the Bahal kind of revenge,
BJP gunning for him post Tehelka kiya Bahal ne avenge!!

There is nothing to confirm how many stings Bahal has not revealed or karra hai hide??
Or maybe he targeted BJP most so that BJP ko karr sakke deride!!!

Congress , BSP, RJD MPs were included just to show that sting was not a biased one,
Had this not been the consideration Congress, BSP and RJD ke hothe none!!!

Biasness in the stings is cause for worry…. unfair,
But Bahal will say that in revenge everything is fair!!!

Could it be possible that Amar has more than Mulayam…. any bets????

Wouldn't it be better if they did some conscious frisking!!!

Nowadays money is the introduction and caution is thrown to the hawaa,
All are welcomed to sekko rotis on ghoos ka tawaa!!!!!!

Political Parties need to do chintan….. stings have opened Public ki eyes,
They've seen on TV…. ghoos, deceit and lies!!!

Yechury says that Congress and SP rift is worrying….wants them to kiss and make up,
For starters Sonia should call Amar Singh to sup!!!

Because the plunge in relations started with SP getting the dinner snub,
And then when Amar landed up uninvited salt in his wound kiyaa tha Congressis ne rub!

But then may feel that without Amar SP could be acceptable to Congress,
Hatred against Amar Congressis cannot and do not suppress!!!

And Mulayam and Amar have grown apart and distance is bound to increase,
As this distance increases distance between Congress and SP will decrease!!!

Amar, Anil and Amitabh can form their own Political Party….. Poonjipati Party,
Money makes them bond and makes their world go around is the apt repartee!!!

Or maybe Amar will quit politics and become a Producer in Bollywood,
Leave India's political arena for good!!!

The change of name of Indian Airlines, to Indian, is being considered as a waste of public money and nothing else. "It is not the name that brings laurels but the services that pay". Will the change of name, without improving services, suffice?

Who will be BBMB Chairman?

Ministry of Power have received good response for the post of Chairman in BBMB. The sad demise of Union Power Ministry, P M Sayeed, on Sunday night may delay the selection. The new Power Minister will need some time before he can tackle issue of senior appointments. However, lobbying for this post will further step up. Already many senior officers in various utilities are in the line. Even people like SK Chaturvedi, Director(HR), NHPC, who does not meet the requirements of the job since he is not an engineer, is lobbying very hard. He enjoys lot of clout in the bureaucracy. It may not be a surprise that he may finally make it to the top in BBMB.
