WHISPERS .... CORPORATE WORLD

Fear in Govt.Agencies about sting operations ?

The recent sting operation involving Members of Parliament has sent shock waves among the employees working in various Government Agencies. In Central Public Enterprises where huge investments are being in the last phase of the 10th Plan, senior executives are scared whether some one is secretly watching their activities. No senior officer wants to meet individually the representatives of private firms, mediamen and least of all the lobbyists who till now had hay day in the power corridors of the Government. The strict action taken by the various political parties against their M.P.s, has further accentuated the fears of the bureaucracy.
Everyone is pretty sure, that no one will come to their rescue in case they are caught on the camera.
However, honest bureaucrats are happy at the turn of events. They are now relieved that no undue demand will be made from them by their superiors. In the meantime, media people in the electronic media are working overnight to find easy spots for their 'exclusives'. May God save the bureaucracy, particularly, in the power sector from the sting camera.
