I do not agree with the contention of the CVC that bankers are the most corrupt. Rather Banking Industry is most responsible industry which tries to expedite all cases and refer the cases to CVC for guidance in a time bound manner. The cses against Bankers are not of Disproportionate Assets but of administrative lapses.But it appears CVC is biased against bankers.They are not able to get the cases expedited against Beaurocrats. Its not surprising that CVC has protested against taking out Banking sector from their clutches as they fear that their so called performance in getting the culprits booked will go down steeply.Its banking industry only whose vigilance deptt's efficiency is providing bread and butter to CVC.
