Move to fix tenure

There is a serious move to fix the tenure of the RAW chief and the IB chief to two years as in the case of the CBI. But will the IAS who also want the tenures of the Home secretary and the Defense secretary to be fixed, allow this?

Whose budget will it be?

Whose will be the ensuing General Budget of the country ? Will it be of the PM Dr. Manmohan Singh and the Planning Commission Vice Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia combine or of the Finance Minister, P Chidambaram? This question is being asked in the corridors of power with great enthusiasm these days.
