The most important work before the Government of India these days seem to be extension in the tenure of Power Secretary R V Shahi, but the problem is of unanimity. While some are in favour of giving him one year extension, others are for two year extension whereas there is a group which is totally opposed to the same. Meanwhile, he reportedly continues even after the expiry of tenure on January 5. Is the post of Secretary Power more important in the GoI?.
