Aaj Ki Aawaz

Now Paswan says that Nitish is committing Hara-kiri by associating with 'firkaparast' forces,
Paswan is rankled and nervous say sources.

This is because now he will have to take on Laloo alone,
Just the thought of this makes Paswan moan.

But Paswan peps up his party men by saying LJP is the dark horse,
Says that Biharis feel that Laloo and family have ruined Bihar by their rule of 'force'.

One thing is for sure that Paswan is getting the numbers in his rallies,
But what is to be seen whether these crowds convert to votes….conversion tallies???

But JD (U) has kept the door open for Paswan and has offered him the top slot,
But Paswan is aiming for Muslim votes and feels that JD(U) association with BJP is a blot.

BJP's in war mode……wants to unseat RJD from Bihar,
Will do anything and everything to ensure Laloo's haar.

Senior Seer out and now the Junior Seer is in……..what is Jaya up to,
Jaya has in her sights the non Brahmins …and with this hopes she will woo.

In such horrific and trying times Jaya still has time for politicking,
And add to this her usual nitpicking!!!

BJP has a point…can a Imam or a Bishop be arrested if he commits any crime????
Government would get cold feet and try to secretly clean the grime.

They say Manmohan had advised Jaya against arresting the Junior Seer,
But Jaya is gung ho and says she has nothing to fear.

Pawar has asked Congress to learn to count…..says they are bad in counting,
That is why its Allies Congress has been discounting.

In fact if the Allies come together Congress is in a minority,
And Pawar warns that Congress cannot ignore the majority.

Pawar laments that Congress is not abiding by the Coalition Dharma,
Fact is when it comes to sharing power Congress always waivers in its Karma.

Pawar is abiding by his New Year Resolution to up his anti Congress flag,
And they say Pawar has a few tricks in his bag!!!!

Defiance is Amrinder's penchant….now he is defying on behalf of a Cop,
Though Home Ministry has asked him to stop.

But Amrinder needs a man who is indebted to him to be at Punjab Police's top,
Someone who is indebted to him because he has literally picked him up and put him in the top slot!!!

Sonia should realize that there will come a day when Amrinder will thumb his nose at her,
Soon he will expect that she addresses him as 'Sir'.

Seems the quake that caused the tsunami has changed the earth's rotation and shape,
North Pole has shifted slightly …….reduced oblateness measured from the Cape.

Hulka Fulka

The Reliance fracas is spilling the beans,
Now there are revelations that Reliance was funding Companies using clandestine means.

Clandestinely..…… because the shareholders were not informed of the loans,
Shareholders will sure vent their moans.

Sensex continues its downward journey because of profit booking by the big fish …FIIs,
Bearing the brunt are the small investors aka small fries.

Think what will happen to our Market if and when FII interest wanes,
That is when FIIs shift lanes.

Market will be literally bottomless then…..free fall,
No bottom fishing as no one will risk taking the call.

So my friends in the Stock Market it is good to be pessimistically optimistic when there is a boom,
Then when the markets fall……be optimistically pessimistic in gloom.

Sell when people laugh and buy when they cry,
In other words…..buy when the Market falls and sell when it goes high.

Confucious says…..Sensex is heartless as can be seen in the aftermath of the Tsunami.
He continues…..Sensex sometimes remains unaffected by big things but reacts sharply to something that is bemaani (insignificant).

There is no doubting the fact that IPS promotions in UP are probably the slowest in the country, notwithstanding the fact that itis the biggest force in the country. The situation can easily be remedied through a review. The fact of the matter is that the top is very heavy and their is hardly any work content.By a planned restructuring this talented pool of IPS officers can be harnessed to hasten the process of development in the state besides providing a huge fillip to the sagging morale to the service. Some suggestions:- 1.CVO's of commensurate seniority should be posted in the Development Authorities in the State to prevent corruption.2.At least11large cities with a population of 5 Lakhs & above can be headed by a DIG as the Ppolice Chief.3.Police Ranges in the state can be manned by an IG.4.ADG'S can head the ZONES with certain delegated powers of HOD'S.5.Possibilities of posting IPS officers in Enforcement Departments like state excise,transport,jails,trade-tax etc should be explored and implemented.6.Vigilance& security ofiicers of suitable seniority should be posted in state owned PSU'S.7.All this is possible with rational redeployment of existing resource of IPS officers.
