Secretary level appointments in the Government of India are expected to take place in a couple of days. Three secretary level posts viz. Secretary - Banking, Secrtary - Heavy Industries and Chairman - Pharma Authority are to be filled up.Earlier there was a proposal not to appoint new Secretary Heavy Industries till March end.

Missing CRs block empanelment of Saikia?

Ashok Saikia, one of the most powerful IAS, during the former PM Atal Behari Vajpayee's tenure, has not been empanelled to the rank of secretary. It is learnt that it has been so because some of his previous CRs are missing. He is presently ED ,ADB,Manila.

In Haryana Chautala is heavily depending on his Jat constituency for jeeth,

Jats say that he has become too egoistical and arrogant……something that Jats abhor,
Jats say that Jats cannot bear this and will show him the door.

But one positive development for Chautala is Bansi shifting to Congress…..Jats with Bansi could turn sympathetic to Chautala,
Because by joining Congress they feel Bansi ne apnaa mooh kiya hai kaalaa.

In Jharkhand could this turn out to be election of Independent candidates,
Quite a few Parties vide their ticket disbursement have generated what they call ingrates.

Though Congress JMM seems to be on a strong wicket,
