Four vacancies in CAT

There are four vacancies of the Administrative Members in the Central Administrative Tribunal. Vacancies exist in Bangalore, Patna, Jaipur and Kolkata benches. Appointments are for five years or till one attains the age of 62 years whichever is earlier. Last date for applying in July 23.

Disarray in A-I leads to spate of resignations

Things in Air-India seem to be moving from bad to worse. It's eight commanders and two co-pilots have without any notice resigned with the result that Air-India Express, the low-cost subsidiary of the national carrier, had to cancel s4veral flights."More flights may have to be cancelled if the situation did not improve". While the employees attribute the developments to the `complete disarray' prevailing in the organization, the management blames it on other airlines that may have drawn them on promisse of a higher wage package and perks. Air-India, however, would continue with its recruitment drive which includes hiring foreign pilots on contract.
