The CAT has ordered to keep one post of the Member vacant in the CBEC until disposal of the case. S S Bedi and I R Soni have gone to the CAT. In the light of the CAT verdict 1970 batch IRS officer, Shri Krishna, may not join the CBEC after the pre-mature retirement of A K Singh.
