Somnath Da says that Presidential Reference is because SC has overstepped its domain,
So UPA wants that within its limit SC should remain.

But isn't SC's job to ensure that injustice is not done …….no limits or boundaries here,
Because in a Democracy with freedom even justice is very dear!!

So UPA has basically declared war on SC for separation of powers……so they can be unjust and nobody can ask,
Nobody should be there to take them to task !!!

What is the recourse when the Executive or Legislature become biased, crooked or unjust,
In any Democracy the intervention of the Judiciary is a must!!!

And what is this hullabaloo about Video filming the proceedings……DD does this everyday,
So where are the grounds for dismay????

What happened to Somath Da when Razi called Soren despite the fact that NDA should have been called???
Somnath Da sat with a stone face as Democracy got mauled!!!!

Then again what did Somnath Da do when Razi rather than ensuring a prompt vote of confidence gave Soren ample time???
For this Somnath Da showed that he did not care a dime!!!

And then when Razi called a prolonged session to ensure that Soren could break the Independents and get magic number,
Somnath Da snoozed through this …….was in deep slumber!!!

Then when Soren tried to buttress his numbers by way of nomination….warped way,
Somnath Da did not show any dismay!!!

So in Somnath Da's books right or wrong is circumstantial….. depends on where one does sit,
For Somnath Da Justice is made to order…….tailored to fit!!!!

Anand Sharma says that this Presidential Reference should not be viewed narrowly….. what does he mean????
We should not take this in Jharkhand's context is what one can glean!!!

But then it has specific reference to the Jharkhand matter so what is Sharma saying,
Sharma Ji sharma jao and should stop this illogical braying!!!!

Fact is that Jharkhand has made Congress look really bad,
If a survey is done majority of Indians will say that Democracy has been had!!!

What he actually should have said was that Prime Ministership should not be divisible!!!

Basic objective of UPA in Jharkahnd will be to delay vote…buying time us their objective,
Will try to site something as defective.

Like may delay the Vote of Confidence………site Presidential Reference,
Say to the Presidential Reference House has to show deference!!!

And so till SC does not give its opinion on the Presidential Reference Vote will not take place,
So give Soren more time to buy/coerce MLAs and save face!!!!

Sonia should realize that damage control means recognizing the damage first,
But seems this is not being done in power ki thirst!!!

But instead of withdrawing and letting Democracy take its course,
UPA is trying to use force!!!!

In Punjab all of a sudden in the Media Amrinder has got his minions to issue ads praising him,
Raja wearing the 'emperor's clothes' because general perception of him is very dim!!!

The ads call him saviour of the poors (?) and man of words (?)……. Raja blowing his own baaja!!!!
Fact is…….andher nagri chaupat Raaja!!!!!

And in the ads Sonia's photo is there but not a word about her……..only about Raja and his cohorts,
Ads are getting from all sections angry retorts!!!!
