A couple of Secretaries to be repatriated ?

A couple of Secretaries in the Government of India are expected to be repatriated to their respective cadre. Prime Minister Man Mohan Singh is reported to have expressed displeasure over the performance of some of these Secretaries.

Ashok Chaturvedi and Ajay Singh promoted in RAW

Ashok Chaturvedi and Ajay Singh have been promoted to the rank of Special Director in the RAW. Both are 1970 batch RAW Service Officers.

Dhirendra Singh to be Member of the UPSC !

Secretary Home, Dhirendra Singh, is all set to become Member of the Union Public Service Commission.1968 batch Karnataka cadre IAS officer Dhirendra Singh who is superannuating by the end of this month is expected to join the UPSC early next month.

Pillai to join GoI !

R J Mohan Pillai is likely to join the Government of India next month.1973 batch IAS officer, Pillai, is presently Principal Secretary to the Bihar Governor.

Dhruv Kant Thakur is joining the CBI as SP in Kolkata. He is 1994 batch IPS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre.

Secretary rank 1969 batch IAS officer of UT cadre Ms Suman Swarup is superannuating by this month end.

But Somnath Da what if the Legislature is unjudicious or goes against the Constitution?
