Postings of the 2003 batch of IRS has come.There has been gross irregularities in the posting order where one officer was allotted Mumbai and all other officers are directed to be posted in only 'B'and 'C' cities. Some officers were given choice posting while officers hailing from certain part of the country were deprived of it .Is there a policy to post fresh officers?.
