No new transfer policy for judges

The Government is not contemplating formulating a new transfer policy for Judges but the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Personnel, Public Grievances, Law and Justice has advocated the Government's role in appointment and transfer of Judges.

Take permission before going abroad

A note from the department of personnel and training has asked departmental heads to ensure that the government employees take permission before leaving for abroad. It adds that employees seeking permission to go abroad also need to provide information relating to previous visits.
