IP&TFAS officers asked to choose between ---?

In a significant development, the Govt of India has asked the officers of IP&TFA Service to exercise their options; which include getting absorbed in MTNL/BSNL or staying as Govt Officers. The terms and conditions for absorption have been stated. However, it hasn't been mentioned what would be the future career for the ones who choose to stay with the Govt. IP&TFAS has been one of the premier and quite sought after, out of the central services and it has been attracting a number of high rankers qualifying the civil services. It is highly irrational and irresponsible to recruit officers at such levels and then leaving their career progression and future in govt. to the winds. The PM wants the Govt to be perceived as the "Sensitive employer". Then will the GOI do some hard thinking and give a better deal to these officers? The irony is that the UPSC is still recruiting officers in this service? What is the intention of the Govt. to recruit officers and give them options to join Private Sector or leave them in the lurch?.

Will Jayalalitha dissolve Vidhan Sabha ?

Will there be Vidhan Sabha election in TamilNadu in September ?.If Chief Minister Jayalalitha goes by the advice of the astrologers she might make announcement on March 31 to dissolve the house.
