With the Member of Parliament from Chandigarh, Pawan Kumar Bansal demanding in the Lok Sabha that the post of the Administrator, Chandigarh Administration, presently held by the Punjab Governor, Gen S F Rodrigues, be done away with because of the high handedness and the autocratic style of functioning of the Governor, senior IAS and IPS officers have started venting their heat against the present system too, though all without coming to the limelight.
Grapevine has it that It is practically next to impossible for any senior IAS or IPS officer to meet the Governor without sending his/her bio-data to the Raj Bhawan first, as the Governor S F Rodrigues supposedly demands the senior bureaucrats to send across their resumes to the Raj Bhawan first, which is handled surprisingly mostly by his military ADC, Major Nirvikar Singh, a young army officer, and then it is decided whether a senior bureucrat can get an audience with the Governor or not.
A senior Principal Secretary level IAS officer said, on the condition of anonymity, that "We all have about 28-30 years of work experiene as seasoned bureaucrats and the military ADC who handles the appointments for the Governor and to whom one is supposed to send hi resume is just a young lad of about 28-30 years. Isn't this system absurd. The system was completely different when Gen J F R Jacob was the Governor and when Capt Saminder Mor was doing his military ADC. Even they were army officers, both the Governor and the ADC, but it was so friendly and pleasurable to interact with them. Bureaucrats never felt so alienated before."

Laloo wants to meet the SC Bench in private,
Wants to communicate in confidence……. mindset of a primate!!!

Constitution of the Bench is irking him……..seems he has not been able to break ice,
Says he has 'an inkling' that to him two Judges are not going to be nice!!

Well he knows that if justice prevails then he does not stand a chance,
That is why on the bench he wants Judges from whom he can get a kindly glance!!!

Basically Laloo wants to have a say in constitution of Bench,
No wonders there is a feeling that Laloo's cases se aathi hai favouritism ki stench!!!

Laloo is a Mafioso in his own right……will he make an offer to Bench that they cannot refuse????
Because both money and dandaa Laloo is not ashamed to use!!!

Laloo has suspended a Railway Official for doing his duty,
Official had the impudence to ask RJD men for their ticket/passes…….Laloo says that RJD goons have impunity!!
