Uttaranchal Chief Secretary, Dr R S Tolia, is not joining the Government of India as Secretary Tribal Affairs.1971 batch IAS officer, Dr Tolia, has sought voluntary retirement. He is being appointed Principal Information Officer in Uttaranchal this month for a period of five years.

Because he has a predomination that SC will pass strictures on his role!!!

Buta says that Dissolution was Central Sarkaar's decision and he obeyed,
It is well known that buck stops at Sonia's doorstep and on her diktat decisions are made!

So he means to say that Sonia ordered him to dissolve the House and he did this,
Says President could have returned his advise if he thought something was amiss!!!

And he says that Nitish wanted Sarkaar on a platter,
Rumblings from a mad hatter!!!

Or is he trying to do a lapetta…… sabh ko karro blame????
Say that in the blame for this action sabh ki responsibility is the same!!!!

Now they say Shahabuddin did not appear for the exam…. ably represented,
In this episode now with Bihar Police now even University has been dented!!!

With Laloo protecting him Shahabuddin cannot be arrested…. Hand of Law cannot even touch him,
For Indian Democracy this is something that is indeed very grim!!!

Amar Singh was the Chief Guest at a function and he arrived at the function very late,
For four hours in the sun children had to wait!!!

Standing in the sun for so long children began to faint….. pathetic sight,
Amar Singh behaved as if this was something very light!!

After he came to know of what happened all that Amar said was that he was not to blame,
Like saying this was part of the game!!!

Would he bear it if his two darling daughters were exposed to such apathy????
He would have gone in for revenge and also cried from rooftops for sympathy!!!

Amar Singh Ji where is your heart…… such apathy to bahchaas???
Insaaniyat in Amar Singh ho gayee hai kya khalaas!!!

Amar Singh is a Party Man….. teach him a lesson,
Do not invite him to your Parties so that his bloated ego ho jaathi hai lessen!!!

But this may not work because Amar Singh will land up uninvited,
There should be some way that should make him feel slighted!!!

Boycott him…… till he publicly apologizes for showing such apathy,
Nobody's blaming him for the incident what we are blaming him is for his lack of sympathy!!

Shahabuddin tried a Munna Bhai….. but seems this effort has failed,
His plans have been derailed!!!

Laloo and Shahabuddin are mausere bhai….. brothers in crime,
For Law both of them do not care a dime!!!

For both of them Laws are meant to be broken….Law Breakers Number One,
No Law if it cannot be broken…. in their case apt pun!!!

Advani demands White Paper on Red Money…… but both Congress and Commies have rejected this,
They say Books and Diaries cannot prove that something was amiss!!!

And then all the protagonists are dead….. end does not justify the means,
But Treasury Benches should get ready in the next Session for some ugly scenes!!

CPI(M) has distanced itself from the CPI……. Yechury says both are not the same,
Is this because he foresees in CPI's kismat on account of Mitrokhin Archives shame!!

Yechury says that CPI(M) has it own ideology,
And says CPI (M) does not follow strictly Marxist or Maoist terminology!!!!

But then why do they term themselves as Marxists…… even Commies will not know???
Why in front of Lenin's statue do they bow????

What Yechury may be wanting to say is that CPI(M) is Communism made for India….. Vodka de Bharat,
Warning…….the label may change but the Vodka does the same sharaarat!!!

CBI has registered a PE against Reliance Infocom for rerouting International Calls,
But if anything is found on whom the responsibility falls.

Hope they have a clause to take care of this …… previous action culpability,
So that for their respective actions they own up their responsibility!!!

But Legal Opinion is that Government's stand does not hold water,
Some say in Court may even evince a lot of laughter!!!

Dalmiya has hit Pawar for a six….. Pawar's image has taken a beating,
Pawar despite his best efforts has not been able manage from BCCI Dalmiya's unseating.

Dalmiya still calls the shots with his men at the helm in BCCI….. he is the Don,
And this last 'gun draw' fight he has won!!!

But they say now Pawar is hell bent to ensure that Dalmiya is history…. booted out,
Pawar is working on a strategy to cause Dalmiya's rout.
