Kaun Banega CBI Boss (1) - R S Moosahary ?

If seniority is any criteria then BSF DG, Ranjit Sekhar Moosahary, should succeed U S Mishra on December 7 as CBI Director. Home Minister Shiv Raj Patil is reportedly supporting the candidature of Moosahary.1967 batch IPS officer of Kerala cadre, Moosahary, has sufficient background of Vigilance. His detractors have however started spreading his old connections with Ashok Saika. He is scheduled to superannuate on March 1.

R K Singh appointed Member PESB

Outgoing Chairman of the Railway Board, R K Singh, has been appointed Member of the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). He is expected to take charge in a couple of days.

Fact is as Laloo was cornered for a pro Laloo Buta this was the only solution.

And Buta says that he got info from NDA contacts…… how did he manage this,
Because Governor does not indulge in espionage or networking …… something is amiss!!!

Buta boasts to his cronies that he is above the Law,
Governor cannot be questioned in this matter karta hai Buta caw!!!

Bihar elections have been announced……but why in three phases????
Many fears and doubts this raises.

With no other elections in the Country elections in Bihar could be held in just one day,
Many political parties would be looking at this one month schedule with dismay!!!

EC should realize this would mean keeping Bihar on the burner for a long time,
This would be equivalent to giving in Bihar for month an Open House to crime!!!

Considering the ill effects of exit polls EC should have ensured a one day poll,
Because EC knows the exit poll's negative role.

All the benefits and pros point to holding the election in one day,
All the negative things and cons point to holding the election in a staggered way!!

LJP, CPI , CPI (ML) and SP front could be the dark horse,
And Laloo is expected to do worse.

Now Laloo is in a make up and mend fences mode….. trick and treat,
Ten day chai Party to try to reduce the anti Laloo heat!!!

Congress will in all probability do better……..more if Sonia campaigns actively,
She will have a good impact on Congress's fate definitely.

But will Laloo like this……maybe he'll get Buta to send a report,
In the report unsafe environment for Sonia Buta will purport.

BJP and JD (U) will try to capitalize on the injustice done by Buta,
