Biharis shifted out of Bihar because Laloo and Rabdi held Bihar to ransom….. seems these Biharis suffer from the Stockholm syndrome, because they turned out to listen to the man responsible for their pitiable condition!!!! RJD's lantern symbol literally lives up to the adage…… chiraag ke neechche andheraa!!!

I've said this in the past and firmly believe that post Sonia's victory in Rae Bareilly Rahul will be given responsibility in the Party or Sarkaar!!!! But, if you look closely Rahul has adequate experience in Party work….. he needs experience in running the Sarkaar…… because if he aims at running the Sarkaar one day he needs to get experience…. sooner the better!!!! With Sonia running the Party for the foreseeable future , Rahul should now be groomed for running the Sarkaar!!!!! A thirty plus 'Baba' is unheard of!!!!

Reservation should be in either education or jobs….. should not be in both!!!! Somewhere merit has to be a consideration….. Private Sector hires the best and should never be made to compromise on this….and if this all round reservation is done India will be pushed backward by having the undeserving getting seats in higher education and jobs ...... will end up as the deadweight that will make India under perform!!!!!! 'Backward' tag is going to do more harm than good for the backward classes too!!!!!

Serious dissent brewing in IDBI.

Top brass at IDBI are sulking at the undue special treatment given out to Nageshwar Rao, CEO at IDBI Bank, who does not seem to have adequate experience and seniority compared to many competent officials within the IDBI. While Nageshwar Rao and his team take on at full package of Rs.60 lacs and Rs.40 lacs range respectively, more senior and competent officials are receiving almost 1/10th . Worst, officials junior to Nageshwar Rao are being promoted out of turn by ignoring more committed and senior officials at IDBI and IDBI may go in for a vertical split.
