FORUM

IT dept personnel policy were the best amongst all services. thats why very few officers ever approached politicians for favors and the service remained almost interference free. sadly the CBDT and MOF has decided to follow the typical sadist babu policy of "bahujan dukhaye, bahujan sataye"( jisko jo chahiye usko wo nahin dena) the fallout will be felt in the years to come as more and more officers r approaching fixers and netas for relief. the idea of discouraging IRS officers from going on deputation will also help IAS officers only as there will be less competition for them. ofcourse IRS officers will be narrow visioned and "kuien ke mendhak"

Shailen

The CBDT policy of transfers has led to large scale displacement of officers. The low morale is taking toll on the work. The earlier policy worked really well barring a few exceptions. The government needs to rethink about the restructuring exercise it had undertaken since 2001.

Mohan

The CBDT and the people at the top are obsessed with a transfer policy that is serving no ones purpose, but is uprooting all officers and transferring them away from their families, the result is chaos as 20% of the class-I officers in the service are staying away from their families and are availing whatever leaves etc. they can muster. Contrast the situation with Rajiv Gandhi's time. He not only made provision for 5-day week but also made policy decision for same station posting for couple cases thereby valuing the family bond and encouraging bringing up of children by government servants by providing opportunities for family to be together to the extent possible. It is hoped that government of the day realises this sooner or later.

Serving Bureaucrat

Why is corruption so rife in the IRS(Income Tax) and IRS(Customs) followed closely by the IPS? Why can't these Services follow the IAS/IForeignS and emulate their peers in the IAS/IForeignS who are known for their probity and rectitude? Maybe it is time that the CVC undertake an exercise to rid these Services of their black sheep!

Commies want EC's wings clipped,
During W.Bengal elections Commies relations with EC dipped!!!!

Commies say that they want the sweeping powers of EC to be curtailed. Majority of Indians however have a different view……..however Commies want to hit at this pillar of Indian Democracy!!! By the way what happened to them when it came to Navin Chawla….. how come the cat got their tongues because Chawla did exactly what they are demanding should be stopped????? Ultimately Commies will demand that the Political establishment must have representation in EC…….. it's like saying that crooks will be the guards!!!! Commies want to beat EC with laal chadhi!!!!

Nut boasts of being a Leader of the masses,
But his electorate says that its oppression of the masses by the classes!!!

People of Nut's constituency complain of the high handedness and oppressive attitude of the Nut clan!!! They say that Nut behaves with them as if they are his subjects…….. they say Jagat used goonda tactics to browbeat them!!! He's going to prove that he is a 'one election fluke'!!!!

Next month the portals of IIM Ahmedabad will be defiled,
Lecture will be delivered by a goon jiss ke uppar hai allegations piled!!!

Shouldn't the IIM's take cognizance of the scams Laloo is undergoing trial???? A person from whom Managing means 'abusing and using the latt' is going to deliver a lecture on Management to the students of IIM!!! Laloo says, "My mother always told me not to handle a buffalo by its tail but always catch it by its horns. And I have used that lesson in everything in my life, including the Railways"……….. the problem is that after a couple of loads of kheni he does not know the difference between horns and the tail!!! Bihar is a classical example of this horn and tail story!!! There is news that some students are planning to cleanse the IIM after Laloo's lecture….. they feel his presence is akin to presence of what comes from under the tail...... attaboys and attagirls!!!

Amrinder and his chamchas are getting desperate with every passing day,
They know in the upcoming elections Punjabis to Amrinder and Congress are going to say 'nay'!!!

The biggest spoon in Amrinder's cutlery , B.I.S. Chahal, has been holding prayers for wrath on the Badals…… praying for divine intervention!!! He knows that when the Akalis come to power his acts of omissions and commissions are going to be investigated!!! Amrinder is heading for a 'Mega' defeat and he and his cutlery are suffering from a mega case of thadthaditis!!!!

Vande Matram is our National song and no one should be exempted from singing the National song,
Exempting them would be something very wrong!!!

At one time Jinnah used to sing this song!!! And what is anti Islamic in this song???? Or is the writer of the song with whom they have a problem!!!! Muslims happily take the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America …… if they don't have a problem with this oath how can they have a problem with Vande Matram?????

What is this news that Big and Jaya are living separately,
Could it be because of the Lady Big B wanted at one time desperately!!!

They say Big B is living with his Mom in Prateeksha and Abhishek and Mom Jaya are living in Jalsa!!! Must be because his Mom is unwell…… but then why can't Jaya be there too???? The fact of the matter is that Jaya's animosity with Teji Bachchan was because of this Lady!!!! Today things may be 'okay' but there was a time when Jaya would have agreed with the title Big Bluffmaster for Big B….. maybe within she still does.... after all Big B stepped out of the shaadi ki rekha!!
