The statisticians are feeling terribly agitated. A senior officer of ISS who is known for his outspoken nature has been served with a recordable warning. A lady officer having two small children with her spouse working in the Government service has been posted out of Delhi. An analysis of recent promotion/transfer order of SAG of ISS reveals that officers who were "outstanding" and superceded many of their batchmates had been posted out as far as Ahmedabad, Chennai and North-East. What is the rationale?

Plight of IFS officers in Uttar Pradesh

UP is the worst state as far as treatment given to IFS (Indian Forest Service) officers is concerned. In the UP Secretariat IFS officers are not given an opportunity to work in the state secretariat though they can meaningfully contribute in several sectors like environment, medicinal plants, horticulture, tourism, rural development etc. Even the ones that are given an opportunity are humiliated in the secretariat. An IFS officer in the junior rungs goes even to the center as a Deputy secretary. But in the UP secretariat IAS officers of 2005 batch are special secretaries. An IFS officer of 1980 batch is also a special secretary. An IFS officer of 1994 batch is OSD (reporting to a special secretary). It is extremely humiliating for officers to serve in such humiliating conditions- belonging to all India services with over 25 years to 14 years of service to be equated to people much below their ranks. People continue to serve with humiliation as nobody is willing to listen.

Andy used Khanna to launder the money and Khanna too is related to Nut? Do I need to say QED!!!

NDTV broke the News on Nut~{!/~}s Oil for Food misadventure and followed it up objectively !!! Seems CNN IBN took it on itself to stand up for Nut because NDTV is a competitor!!! No wonders after breaking the news that Pathak Commission had indicted Nut , CNN IBN put up a question for viewers 'Should Natwar be re-inducted into the Cabinet'????? When someone on the Panel pointed out to the ludicrousness of this question the CNN IBN Anchor said that it~{!/~}s an Open ended Question? Or is CNN IBN looking for an honorable closure to its warped stand in this issue?????

Both Soft Drink Giants say that they follow strict International standards!!! This means that they should be carrying out tests on the finished product batches!!! So they should be in the know of what is in the bottles and cans???? They~{!/~}ll use the standard mode of pointing fingers at the sample collection and Lab where the tests were carried out to try ot wiggle out..... and then there is no declared standard!!! Time that we took matters into our own hands and to protect our kids from being affected by these harmful Soft Drinks ban ourselves and our families from consuming these drinks!!!!

Indian Cricket team undergoes Commando training? how about making BCCI undergo this training too,
Because in BCCI this kind of warfare is what they do!!!

The Commando training camp was a picnic for the boys and for the Board another way to spend money and get some publicity!!! With what goes on behind the scenes in BCCI wouldn~{!/~}t it have been appropriate to have made the BCCI Members undergo the same training???? And now that Buddhadeb is so involved in Indian Cricket he too should be asked to undertake this course!!!! The course teaches discipline, fitness and survival ~{!-~}.. but our team and BCCI can also teach the Commando Instructors a trait that they need to perfect~{!-!-~} the art to bring down someone without making a sound!!!
