Of course honest and polite people can not succeed in the dept like Income Tax where it is normative to be corrupt and succeed. It speaks of the culture of the dept. IRS officers it seems are comfortable only with dishonest and rude guys.

Today BJP is facing rot form within, plummeting confidence and a receding Vote Bank and on the other hand Advani is talking of becoming PM????? There was a time that BJP was a cadre based Party!!!
