Nine officers on deputation from Nagaland

Official information says that altogether nine officers of Nagaland are currently on deputation to the Government of India.

Rao left out in Gujarat

Gujarat Government has promoted all the 1980 batch IAS officers to the rank of Principal Secretary barring D K Rao. Maheshwar Sahu and A Bhattacharya who are on deputation to the Government of India have been given pro-forma promotion.

Rahman to move Ramallah

Zikrur Rahman is moving to Ramallah in place of Ohm Prakash. Ohm Prakash has been shifted to the headquarters of the Ministry of External Affairs.

Balachandran to go to Riyadh

P Balachandran who is currently in Kozhikode has been shifted to Riyadh in place of First Secretary V V Narayanan.

'Gunman' Shivraj Patil says that he has to study the SC's verdict….. wish he and the Cabinet had done this when Buta sent his Report!!! Buta says his Report reached later and decision was taken before….. Shivraj did not bother to get things verified and Laloo was the Director of this drama... all three ned to be sacked!!!

But then to get appointed apolitical will have to become political!!!

Bhandari, Jamir, Razi, Buta…… are examples of what Governors should not be!!! But then their actions were at the behest of their Political Masters!!!! Governors have been made into Chaprasis who have to do what they are ordered to do and are on 'contract'…. hire and fire. Governors need to form a Union …… Karat will get them the required affiliation !! Brinda is idle nowadays …. maybe she'll take up their cause!!!

What is Sonia's plan???
Will she swap places with Man ( Manmohan)???

One thing is for sure Sonia will never become the PM of a coalition Sarkaar!!! But, yes if Congress forms a Sarkaar on its own Sonia will definitely become the PM!!! No wonders BJP is raising the 'foreigner' issue again…. they know Congress's position is getting better and know Sonia will try for the top spot if Congress comes back in its own!!! But maybe she'll make Manmohan the Deputy PM and give him the portfolio of issuing 'clean chits….there are some very special qualifications for a person to be qualified to do this!!!

Will Congress call for a mid term election???
Congress cannot make on its own such a selection!!!!

Though Congress is gung ho it knows that toi form Sakraar on its own is still a distant dream…. though some may say its worth trying!!! One thing is for sure none of the Allies want to face an election sooner than the term of this Sarkaar…. excepting DMK!!! Though the prospect must be tempting for Congress as Rajdeep's psephology says they'll be able to rid themselves of the Commies!!!

Fact is as Congress comes it announces pro poor schemes…. and as Rajiv Gandhi himself admitted only 8% reaches the poor. Rest is pilfered and ploughed into the Markets…. property and stock!!! And of course all this comes form our pockets as to fund the pro poor schemes Government usually levies cess!!! Robbing Peter to pay Paul and Robert gets rich!!!!

Is Congress looking to cut Pawar to size,
Rane for them is now a catch that they really prize!!!

Sonia does not trust Pawar!!! She cannot understand him and he's a foreigner to her!!!! And that is why it seems more and more possible that very soon Rane may be the next CM of Maharashtra!!! Pawar needs to get Raaj ….. desperately and very badly to counter Rane!!! Raaj without Balasahib's mug on his posters is going to find that he's not that popular. And as long as Balasahib is alive he cannot hijack the Sena….. so Raaj may be wooed by NCP….. imagine what would happen if Congress makes Rane CM and Pawar makes Raaj DCM????

Will no longer require the title ……son of ex PM!!!!

Gowda Senior knows that after this he will loose his secular credentials and the chance of becoming a PM candidate in Third Front… because via his son he'll have a saffron hue!!! That is why he is talking to the Congress to keep alive his secular credentials. Congress has offered him VP's post … take over after Shekawat retires!!! Just imagine if Gowda becomes the VP, he'll really create problems in RS as he'll be dozing off all the time in the Speaker's chair…. maybe they'll electrify the Speakers Chair to give him minor shocks to wake him up!!!!
