Can anyone say why there are always so many modifications made to the transfer orders of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation? More ironically one such order dated 05.06.2006. has got totally cancelled by another order dated 21.6.2006. Why the order came and within a month why it got cancelled? This is to satisfy whom? Competent authority should look into.
