There is a whisper from Pakistan. As many as 25 federal divisions of Pakistan government have crossed the budgetary limitations set by parliament with the result that the government has to borrow money or re-allocate the budgetary provisions in order to provide supplementary grants to these divisions, who spent this money on pays, perks, purchase of cars, maintenance and renovation of offices, etc.

Comments like this only indicate the growing arrogance and intellectual bereftment of some of the officers in the IAS. They failed to realize that services like IAAS or Postal have had their role in the governance process and officers in these services have been recruited from the same examination stream as IAS. IAS will cerainly have shed some of the feudalistic attitudes in case our nation has to grow otherwise I find them coupled with some of the political class becoming biggest roadblock in the development process. Lear boys and learn fast otherwise u are not far from becoming irrelevant.

Like Courts , Commissions do take time…. he should find out what is the average time Indian Courts and Commission take in deciding matters!!!! Insiders say the goggles were a gift from Amar Singh……. these goggles ensure that Big Bluffmaster looses his vision to see through people…… Amar was worried that Big B would see through him someday!!! The goggles also stunted Big B's foresight and hindsight……. that is why Big B could not foresee where his friendship with Amar would take him and also could not see what his own foray into politics did to him and so he did not stop Jaya form committing the same mistake!!!! These are not Ray Ban but Ray Bans……. bans rays of recognizing people for what they are, bans rays of foresight and bans rays of hindsight!!!
