FORUM

I would like to use the forum for a cause which may help our citizens.
"The vision"
What we are giving to next generation? For example we Indians are at present in the state of grabbing land, houses and flats to become rich and richer. In the process even fertile agricultural land, water bodies and forest/green areas are some or the other way being converted in to housing societies, commercial complexes etc.Have we ever thought of our children surviving with less water and less vegetation and without crop cultivation?.The country has enough land for needs but not for greed. Considering the population in India we should have a policy where we put a limit to no.of houses one person can have at limited number of places.Another intervention should be not to allow foreigners to buy land and independent houses in order to save precious land for our countrymen first. I understand that in Goa most of the immovable property belong to foreigners as Indians are not able to afford the cost of such properties. Imagine the situation when not a piece of land is with indian citizens and that too at some strategic places in which Goa can also figure.
If we limit this unending desires of people in turn we save our environment, forest and the most precious water. I know
Government have other measures to save natural resources. But I feel the above suggested measure may also help save our precious nature for our children and their children. I would be grateful if we consider it keeping our nation and our citizen first in mind.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

PC says no review of Quota…… shouldn't our concerns on Saral be on his mind,
The new Saral Form is no longer simple and puts the tax payer in a bind!!!!

Cash flow statement……. no other country has this, so why India!!!! The new Saral Form is intrusive!!!! IT has already in place measures to detect high spenders so there's no need of this!!!! Schedule 5 needs to be deleted ……..do they expect us to keep personal ledgers now????? In fact now you'll need a CA and Lawyer to fill in your IT Return!!!!

Why is Big Bluffamster ( Big B) crying for the IT Notices sent to him?
And Amar's threats to IT are something that should be taken as very grim!!!!

Amir, Salman, Sharukh , Ash, Paresh, Sunil Shetty have all been sent IT Notices….. but they haven't taken political or the Media's help to decry the Notices sent to them!!!! Because of the black money involved in this Trade IT Notices go with the territory!!!! Imagine a Property which has been doing the merry go around where ownership is concerned via the gift route…. what is wrong in questions being asked???? And then Amar Singh threatening the IT Department in his 'goonish' way !!!! Fact is that Big B shows he is apolitical but uses his political connections to browbeat Government Agencies!!!! Fact the highest paid Star also gets the highest number of Notices…… simple arithmetic!!!! Amar should be arrested for threatening the IT Department…… simple Law!!!

India TV is the mouthpiece for Amar and gang…… Rajat and his sidekick sermonize,
For guessing why they do this there is no prize!!!!

Big B handed over all the documents to India TV and India TV went to town with the documents……. Exclusive in their Breaking News……. this programme should be renamed as Faking News!!!! And at the end of the Stories they cover Rajat has the habit of sermonizing ….. adding his two pence!!!! No wonders no renowned Brands advertise on India TV!!!! While other Channels cover stories important to India and its people, India TV covers a spat between Mika and an item number girl….. and they treat it as Breaking News.... warped Channel and warped priorities!!!!

Laloo celebrated his 59th birthday ……. while probity and propriety cried,
Decency , probity and propriety Laloo has always defied!!!

His supporters rented a crowd in Delhi. A Cake was ordered and Laloo cut the cake!!!! And then from a vantage point he looked at what he saw with contempt!!!! Some of his supporters handed him their pleas on paper and he threw the papers with contempt!!!! Laloo ji Happy Birthday…… though many look on this day with dismay…… he knows his popularity in Bihar is down in the dumps and so on this day from Bihar he stayed away!!! With Laloo and gang out of Bihar, this year in the flood season in Bihar it's no longer money making season!!!!

Sensex is falling …..expect fallout in real estate,
Real Estate will also see a similar fate!!!

Real Estate prices shot up with the Share Market……. this is always the case. Now expect a 30% fall in the real estate prices!!!! Market is oversold with Investors and with falling liquidity Real Estate Market is going to see a fallout!!! Fact is that in real estate there is a lot of 'topi ghumaoing' and so as calls come in for payments as per the milestone formulas many Investors will default!!!! Stock Markets are expected to bottom out at 6500-7000 ( Sensex) …….the Markets are like a rollercoaster and if your are an Investor you got to ride it!!!
The revival will be later than sooner!!!
