CSS officers to move court !

The CSS Officers directly recruited through Civil Services Exams are seriously considering approaching the Court for redressal of their grievances as Government of India has become completely insensitive to their career prospects. About 13 CSS officers are working as Joint Secretaries in the various Central Ministries for the last over ten years . The government is not bothered about their promotion to Additional Secretary . This stagnation is unprecedented in the history of Civil Services . 6 out of these 13 officers are retiring this year and the remaining next year. They have not even been given in situ promotion although they have been fulfilling all the prescribed criteria for promotion from Joint Secretary to Additional Secretary.
Who are the beneficiaries of this manipulation ? No panel of Additional Secretary for CSS officers has been released for the last seven years.

Politician versus bureaucrat in Maharashtra

There has been a squabble among Gurudas Kamat MP and IAS officer T Chandrashekar recently, the reason being not known!!! Gurudas has been writing to the PM and the CM alleging corruption charges prior his elevation. Disregarding this his promotion has gone through as Commissioner MMRDA. Ironically the Chief Secretary is a very close friend of Gurudas too. We have to wait and watch what next?.

I entirely endorse GG"s(i wish he had given his full name) views regarding the mad rush in converting agricultural land into houses and commercial buildings.With that much pressure on land for housing what will happen to agriculture.This is only allowing people with lot of money to invest in plots and houses.lot of black money is used there.News from Goa is worrisome.There foreigners specially ,it is reported the drug-mafia has acquired lot of property.this needs to be checked before it is too late.

Amar should be arrested for inciting SP workers to attack IT Offices. And all through this Big Bluffmaster shams that he is being persecuted!!!! He makes the most money in Bollywood and so he pays the highest tax amount…. so why is he being eulogized for this????? And this gifting of Jalsa time and again sure is intriguing!!!!

Amar's goons had specific instructions to go and damage IT property!!!! The UP Police was there to aid and abet this crime!!!! But after some time the IT Officials came out and then they chased Amar's goons away!!! There is no doubt IT Officials are not liked, because of their job, still some bystanders joined the IT Officials to drive away the goons!!!

What would IT do if it got info someone else was wearing Rs. 2.75 goggles???

Seems Big B has a lot to hide and that is why he is using every trick in the book to browbeat the IT. Fact is that if any other citizen had done the same and it came to IT's notice IT would have reacted the same way!!!! Basically Big B because of his iconic status feels that he is above the law!!!! And Amar Singh hanging on to Big B's coattails feels he too should get preferential treatment !!!

There is every possibility if Amrinder jumps into the sea there could be a Tsunami.........he should not be allowed to jump into the sea.
