About half a dozen new names are reported to have been added in the empanelment list of 1974 batch IPS officers to the rank of ADG in the Government of India. Altogether, 26 officers of this batch had been empanelled last month.

Nautiyal unlikely to get extension

Against PCS !

Under no circumstances PCS people should be appointed as DMs.One Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADM) a PCS officer in one of the states of cow belt, bought a very costly mobile worth Rs.35000. He was disappointed by the gadget as it did not serve some of his purposes. The mobile never connected landline numbers. He told the same to a direct recruited officer in the same district that the mobile did not connect the landline numbers and asked his help. But , the RR connected the landline numbers with the same mobile. Then the RR clarified that he can't dial the numbers like 95-116220356 instead he should try 0116 or he should try 0662 etc.
If this being the IQ can you ever imagine they can manage districts?

The comment that a PCS Officer could not operate a cell phone as
compared to a direct recruit Officer is not at all justified and desirable by whosoever has sent it. Mere Operation of a cell phone or PC by any single individual can never be a parameter for judging the capability of PCS or any other Officer be it at centre or at state. This type of comment is absolutely not befitting to come from any part of our Indian bureaucracy which is known for its status and dignity. There are both types of persons, good and capable
persons and bad and corrupt persons in the Civil services as well as
PCS. The issue here is not to judge that but whether the services are
getting justice in terms of promotions and career prospects. I think the only point to be deiberated upon here is that whether the major part of our Indian bureaucracy the provincial civil service is getting due share in promotions and career growth as compared to their counter parts in Indian civil services. It is very clear from the various views that have been expressed here, be it by the ICS or by PCS, that Justice should be done to the PCS Officers in terms of their promotion and career growth.

Apart from the scientific rigging and the violence there must also be some merit in the Commie latching on to power in WB for so long!!!! Well for one is their contact with the people!!! The ED has some serious allegations against Jagat and Andaleeb and have contacted the Serious Fraud Office in UK for help!!!! Seems a Company registered in UK and named after a very fast running four legged animal has not run fast enough and is now being investigated!!!! Khannas and Dhars are also under the scanner!!!! Fact is that even if the fraud is proved all others except Nut and Jagat will end up paying fines for doing Dhobi ( laundering) work !!!! Nut and Jagat would not only be fined but be politically finished…… they might as well become 'wheeler dealers' openly… after all this is what the father and son duo have been doing all along!!!!

Leave Office or Profit now Political Parties may loose Offices they occupy,
Sarkar is acting on SC's order that Lutyens Law the offices defy!!!

If UPA Sarkar has its way Political Parties will have to shift out of the spacious areas the Parties occupy in the Lutyens area!!!! As per their present strength in Parliament Parties will be allotted land outside the Lutyens !!!! Congress would get 4 acres, BJP 2 acres and Commies would get a 'kholi' compared to the Office Commies occupy!!! Hope that Land is kept in buffer for the change in strengths after every election….. Political Parties might as well put up tents…. never know when the office could be expanded or shrunk!!!

To try to stop IT thinking of a new ploy!!!!

He's done it all …. from ranting and raving to threatening, so now what will Item Boy Amar Singh do???? Well his Doctor has advised him to loose weight and so he'll do a 'two in one' ….. sit on huger strike in front of the IT Office!!! For the hunger strike he's getting his wardrobe stitched and once the wardrobe is ready he'll announce the hunger strike!!! A Van is being refitted as a toilet…… only thing inside there is a chor darwaza hiding a dining area!!! To catch him all that has to be done is put a weighing scale at the door of the Van….. weigh him when he goes in, shaming to go to the toilet, and then weigh him when he come out!!
