Will Pani be Secretary Steel ?

Name of Orissa Chief Secretary, Dr Subas Chandra Pani, has started doing the round for the post of Secretary Steel in the Government of India. The post is falling vacant by this month end. Will Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik allow Dr Pani, who is known as a good team leader and hard task master, to go to the Centre ?.

Who will be Chief Secretary of Orissa ?

In case Orissa Chief Secretary, Dr Subas Chandra Pani, moves to Delhi as Secretary Steel, either 1973 batch IAS officer A K Tripathy or 1974 batch IAS officer Rabi Narayan Bohidar will be new Chief Secretary of Orissa. Infact,Tripathy who had fallen from the grace of the Chief Minister is again back as Naveen Patnaik's blue eyed boy.

1972 batch secretaries yet to get postings
