FORUM

The argument that a PCS officer did not knew the operation of a mobile set indicates his IQ level is the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard about any issue. This probably is the indicator of IQ level of this officer itself.
Does he know that there is a fine line of difference between 'not knowing' something and 'not been able to learn and comprehend' something. Many of the officers in the bureaucracy comes from 'humanities' background and are not as comfortable with computers and IT as their colleagues from engineering background. Does that in any way makes an argument that these officers have lower IQ.
I know a lot of officers even from very current batches who find themselves uncomfortable with IT gadgetary. Would he call them unfit for being considered for being appointed as DM's.
Secondly if he wanted to emphasize on the value of the asset owned by this PCS officer then he must first check up with a lot of his colleagues. The movable and immovable assets of IAS officers in a few cadres are in the domain of public knowledge(it is another matter that agencies like CBI and Income tax fail to take notice of this 'public knowledge')
There are certainly other good arguments for not making a good lot of PCS officers as DM's like the level of their politicization and their comparative corruption level to IAS but not this nonsensical argument of mobile operation please. This argument only smell of arrogance and poverty of thought that somehow has crept into a lot of IAS officers these days. Would somebody teach these guys the trait called 'humbleness' please.

Mulayam says that UP will decide India's fate…… just raising the stakes,
Trying to muddle things up with every statement he makes!!!

Fact is that Mulayam knows that he's facing a losing battle!!!! So he's on a spending spree….. the next Sarkar will get empty coffers!!! And then no prudent Sarkar will do what he is doing….. however because he's doing it he will put the next Sarkar in a spot!!! By 'deciding India's fate' Pehelwan Mulayam means that UP election will have ramifications at the Centre!!! Whatever the scenario be where Mulayam is concerned he is a 'loose loose' situation!!!

Chandigarh's Administrator Roddy is the new Property Czar,
Bechaare farmers ko padh rahi hai maar!!!

The Administration has acquired land at a pittance and sold it at a huge profit to a Real Estate Developer!!!! Farmers say that the Administration could have let the Real state Developer pick up land from them directly and the Administration could have made money in conversion charges….. they would have got a better price form the Real Estate Developer!!! Now there is talk about the Dredging Contract for Sukhna Lake---

RJD is also Railways ko jam and damn!!! In Bihar RJD workers keep pulling chains jamming train schedules. And they travel ticket less!!!! Laloo's Political Advisor Jha's son was caught travelling on Jha MP privilege pass!!! Railways Vigilance Department caught Jha's son travelling on Jha Pass!!! The Railways want the Speaker to reprimand Jha …… but the letter has to go to the Speaker via Laloo!!! And with Laloo as the 'middleman' in this matter Jha can breathe easy!!! Or maybe Laloo will let it go through and then use it for PR purposes… Jha of course will be compensated!!!

Seems Naresh Goyal made some mistakes while calculating the Jet Sahara Deal,
At that time he had said it was a steal!!

Recently he acquired a new calculator and found the deal was no longer a steal!!!! Then came all the fuss about his not getting vigilance clearance!!! Anyway not is looks the deal may fall….. unless Subrata Roy is willing to renegotiate!!!! By the way why is Saharashree Roy selling the Airline…… good friend Anil Ambani's ADA is now willing to enter into any business and is flush with Vitamin M……. and so ADA can buy a stake in Sahara!!! Fact is Sahara wants a heavy doze of Vitamin M…….Groups survival depends on this!!!
