14 IAS officers to retire this month

Altogether 14 IAS officers are retring in the country by this month end.They are :-Mssrs :K Narayana (AP), M M Bhat (J&K), P K Kutty (Kerala), Manoj Kumar and S C Arya ( MP), Chandra Sekhar Chattopadhyay and B K Chakraborty (MT), S Baya( Orissa), Jagdish Prasad (Rajasthan), D Chandrasekharan (TN), C N Dube,Chandra Mohan Srivastava and V K Malik (UP) and Rama Prasad Samaddar (West Bengal ).

Half a dozen IPS officers to retire

Half a dozen IPS officers are superannuating in the country by this month end. They are Mssrs:- M S Hashmi (Bihar), N C Joshi (HP), Vishwanath Ojha (Jharkhand), D C Mishra (Orissa), Padam Chand Kala( Rajasthan) and A P Mohammad Ali (TN) .

One IFS to retire this month

Only one Indian Forests Service officer in the country Anand Swarup Dogra Punjab cadre is retiring by this month.

Sharma is Vice-Chairman of UGC

Mool Chand Sharma has been appointed new Vice-Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC).He was earlier Member-Secretary.

Kem is Member-Secretary UGC

Tilak R Kem has been appointed Member-Secretary of the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Changes in Prasar Bharti

Deepak Grover will be new Station Director of Doordarshan Kendra Lucknow. Vimal Gupta has been moved from Ranchi to Patna to succeed Grover in Patna. Prasada Rao has been transferred to Bhopal Doordarshan Kendra from Hyderabad. Station Director of Doordarshan Kendra Lucknow Ashok Tripathy has been shifted to the Directorate in Delhi.

Anonymous letters in Ministry of Statistics

It is unfortunate to find the flood of anonymous letters to continue
unabated in an innocuous Ministry of Statistics. Insiders say that
there are hardly any substance in this garbage thrown by some frustrated and coward individuals who can ill afford to spend time to compose such trash essays. Grapevine has it that they found most of these letters are reported to have originated from the second floor of the building.

There is still need to curb bureaucratic hassles in the Government for proposals seeking installments under Sponsored Schemes are being delayed inordinately. Sense of urgency needs to be instilled in the minds of those at the helm of affairs in the State Govt and those working at the field levels

Tomato is bringing tears to Aam Aadmi's eyes,
Law of gravity price of tomato defies!!!

Tomatoes are making a dent in kitchen budgets!!! In Indian cooking both onions and tomatoes are vital ingredients!!! Surprising but our Government awakens when it is too late!!!! We the People should get together and put up an EWS whereby the Government can be cautioned about impending shortages!!!! Inflation is spiralling too……..on the tomato front Indian Government should approach Spain….. in the month of August in Spain there is a festival called La Tomotino in which about 3000 people indulge in a tomato fight….240,000 pounds of tomato are destroyed in this fight!!! For the tomato fight they can use tomato puree mixed with water ( 1% tomato puree mixed in 90% water ….. for colour they can add organic colour)!!! The tomatoes saved can be exported to India!!!

Prevention is always better than cure,
Now because Government woke up too late inflation Aam Aadmi has to endure!!!

Unless and until the Government does not start looking into the future and taking preventive measure such shortages and price spurts will continue to happen!! Timely plugging of exports or encouraging imports are tools the Government could use to ensure that prices remain stable!!! Now will they import tomatoes???? If timely action had been taken all tomato value addition ( Ketchup, puree etc.) in India could have been put on the import route…. that would mean that the manufacturers would have had to import their tomato requirements…… and the total tomato yield could have been diverted for domestic consumption!!!!

Now its come to light that there was a lot of adjustments done by Ashoka for Laloo's daughter's shaadi,
Laloo ke beti ki shaadi aur ITDC ki barbaadi!!!

Fictitious people made payments in cash…. PAN was dispensed with for obvious reasons!!! Imagine one payment receipt is on the name of Darbar Hall…… imagine a Hall paying for the marriage where the nuptials were held!!!! There is also a huge gap in the actual number of plates shown and actually used….. seems ITDC gave Laloo's daughter shagun via this mode!!!! Of course Laloo will say that the marriage was paid by RJD workers…… there will be no problem for Laloo to get a list of 1,00,000 RJD workers who contributed Rs. 10 each for this marriage!!! You may catch them with their hands in the jar…..but proving this is impossible !!!!

Laloo says that Rabdi does not want to leave Patna for long,
So he is not taking her along!!!!!

Laloo is going to travel day and night by Euro Rail to see for himself how the trains work!!! Hope he does not expect Public to gather at stations en-route!!!! Euro Rail should put its trains on a sanity and sanitation alert on the trains that Laloo travels!!! Hope like his bro in law Laloo does not insist on trains being diverted to the Platform he's chooses to stand on!!! Laloo's bro in law Subhash Yadav got the Railway Officials to divert the Rajdhani to the Platform he was standing on!!!! What I really hope for is that Laloo is put in his place during his travels on Euro Rail so that he realizes that on trains all passengers are alike ……. not like in India….. for Laloo and his family Railways can do the unthinkable!!! RJD uses the Railways as 'ghar ki kheti'!!!!

Punjabis and Chandigarhites demand that Government should call back General Roddy,
Pack him off to the land of Feni and Toddy!!!

The last thing that Punjab and Chandigarh need is an Army man who has no foresight whatsoever and is inflexible….. haughty and rude!!! Chandigarh and Punjab require a Governor who does not think that Administration means making all stand at attention!!!

This talk about revival of the Bull run is just a 'fib for sucker' or gupp!!

Why did the Sensex and Nifty still go up????? Deficit is still a cause for worry, inflation is going up, Commies still are pressurizing this Government and Commies are trying to solidify a Third Front…….. so what is the logic behind the Sensex and Nifty going up!!! This illogical rise should cause concern.... is a game-plan in play!!!! Sadly our FIIs are basically Hedge Funds …. Hedge Funds are by nature very nervous and have a very short term view…. after the 'funds and games' they tend to slip out…… aaye, paisa banayaa ya gawaaya aur khiske!!!!
