FORUM

Idea of re- designation of all services is a good idea, but re- designation as Indian Public Servants Service No. 1, 2, 3 may generate lot of confusion. Representative of public elected through election commission are also public servants. Secondly short IPSS will confuse IPS in practice. In my opinion they should be re- designated (excluding local officers services) as All Indian Administrative/ Police/ Revenue/ Technical (by Profession like Doctors, Engineers, CAs, etc.) officers' services.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Team UPA is pathetic on field ……. loosing the game,
The way they are playing is a crying shame!!!

Team UPA consists of players selected from different teams and as they have no experience of playing together in one team before, there is a lot lack of cohesion on field…….. they pass to the player from the team they come ( original team) from or try to go alone and shoot goals….and end up losing the ball!!!! Congress players tend to run to the bench every now and then for instructions from the Coach, Sonia, and ignore the Captain of the team, Manmohan!!! Manmohan is the Centre Forward and Captain but invariably rather than spearheading the attack he's seen playing as a full back!!! Commies are non-playing players and are a real nuisance on the bench as they keep shouting out to the players as to how they should play the game!!! A player who was benched , Nut, keeps running on the sidelines distracting players!!! Half time is over and Team UPA is struggling…. and as you know this is a knockout match!!!!

Pawar and Manmohan were known to be good friends,
No longer if you go by the current trends!!!

Pawar is at war with the PMO!!! Or maybe Pawar is not at war with Manmohan but with Prithviraj Chauhan??? Seems PMO was not too happy about Pawar's Wheat Imports and subsequent changing of ' Specs' for Wheat Imports!!!! Pawar is also not too happy about the blame game for the Farm Crisis and Package!!! In the past 36 hours there has been a spurt of suicides in Maharashtra!!!! PMO is of the feeling that Pawar has not been acting with alacrity!!! Also certain shortages could have been stopped had Pawar's Ministry been alert and acted on time….. in fact the blame for the rise in inflation is also being placed partially at Pawar's doorstep!!!! For PM's Bharat Darshan Pawar has opted out and deputed Praful!!!! Fact is after the PMO saw the mishandling in the Agri Sector stepped in to coordinate matters!!!! A sulking Pawar is not good….. because when he sulks he thinks of options …… like they say when the wicket gets sticky Pawar becomes cheeky!!!

PM has literally put his left foot down….asked CPI's Raja about plans to remove UPA Sarkaar,
Raja is supposed to have said that time is still far!!!

PM says that Commies are running with the hares and hunting with the hounds and barking all the time!!!! Seems PM got messages that Commies were planning to bring down the UPA Sarkaar!!!! But if you look at the picture today Commies will be the biggest losers if this Sarkaar is brought down….. hope they've heard the adage…. Na idhar ke rahe aur na udhar ke!!!! Congress some time back was becoming stronger but with the price rise today Congress has lost quite a lot of gained ground….. that is the reason why Commies have been barking louder and from some time now they bark all the time!!!

Reliance is now in un-chartered territory,
Could bring a new twist to the Reliance story!!!

Be it the SEZ or the Retail foray, in both areas Reliance is just a novice. Yes, Reliance has the money. Mukesh got a small insight to retail marketing during his Reliance Infocom days….. but the retail business he's getting into is a totally new ball game!!! And then he should not forget the competition he is going to have….. hope Reliance is ready to get into the mud???

Sahara is suing Jet,
But before that have put up the sign again " For Sale or To Let'!!!

Sahara is a mis-conceptualized or mishandled Airline!!!! They also did not know where to position themselves!!!! And Sahara was losing money and when Saharashree put on his glasses and saw the writing on the wall he put up the Airline for sale!!!! Now he says that Jet did this so as to run a competitor out of business!!! The way Sahara was going it would have run out itself!!!! And by the way what was Jet paying Rs. 2000 crores….. too much for Parking slots and Airport Lounges….. this is because Sahara does not own any airplanes as its entire fleet is on charter hire…….and Sahara does not have any goodwill….. its more of a liability!!!!
