Pl take care of State Service Officers

We request you to take up the cause of State Service Officers who are highly frustrated due to lack of promotion and difficult working conditions. The present scenario is that in all the states there is no chance or very rare chance for an Officer recruited as Dy. Collector/DSP/ACF to get IAS/IPS/IFS in the years to come. In earlier days or seniors from the state service had a very good career growth opportunity and they have excelled themselves at the State and Centre. There was a difference of 3 to 5 years between a
Direct IAS/IPS and the Direct SDM/DSP. An officer recruited as SDM in 1964 got the seniority of IAS-1968. i.e. only a gap of 4 years. Today the situation is that an officer recruited as SDM in 1986 have got IAS as late as 2006 and that too in some states only, a gap of almost 20 years. Sir this anomaly can be corrected if the ratio of promotion to IAS can be changed from present cadre share of PCS officers from 33% to 60%. This will provide a big boost to the morale of PCS Officers and a motivation to give good
results. Sir for the purpose of maintaining the sanctity of All India Service officers it should be made compulsory for all the Oficers who are awarded IAS/IPS to serve minimum 10 years outside their own state.You are a big hope for us and we are confident that you will certainly take up our legitimate cause.

Because nowadays their distant vision says that the Market is in a Bull phase and their near vision says its in a Bear phase…… bulls and bears do not look the same…… so they should be taken to the zoo and shown what bears and bulls look like!!!! Fact is that emerging markets are now in a Bear grip from a long Bull charge!!!! There are varying opinions on the bottom of the Bear hug….. some say between 7500 to 8000 and some say 9000!!!! Our Business Channel Anchors are the proverbial ' Ganga gaye toh Gangaram and Jamuna gaye toh Jamuna Ram'…. when the Markets go up they become raging bulls and say nothing can stop the Sensex…… and when the Markets go down they become gripping bears and say the markets will bottom out!!!! WARNING: Paying heed to the advises of Dalals and Business Channel Anchors could be injurious to your financial health….. both in the short term and long term!!!!

The PC oh his desk should be disconnected so that Markets do not disturb PC!!!!

Why has PC made the markets as a benchmark for the FM's performance???? Why at every fall has he issued a statement blaming the fall….. and on every occasion his statement has differed….. from overdue correction to over leveraged to International phenomena!!!! The FM's advice to the Investors should always be ' Invest diligently' ….. FM should not ask people to invest in or divest from the Market!!!!! PC needs to check the statements of FMs of various Countries!!!!

As it is Alva and Rau do not like Deshmukh…. and now they have Rane for an ally!!!! Deshmukh must be worried because Rane has a lot to boast about!!!! Deshmukh will try to sell the High Command that no Congressman should be given the post of CM unless he or she has completed 5 years in the Party…. try to stop him on technical grounds!!!

If Congress loosed Punjab then Jagmeet Brar will be the Leader of Opposition,
And if Congress wins then he will be the next CM…… for Punjab new proposition!!!

Amrinder is a liability!!!! There is also the perception that Amrinder has grown too big for his boots. Then his hobnobbing to try to make a pressure group of his own!!!! And last but not the least his total disconnect with the people of Punjab!!!! But then wouldn't it be better that Congress dumps him before the elections…. or has Congress come to the conclusion that loss is inevitable…. so let him continue and make him fund the Punjab elections!!!!
