revenue boards are going to the other extreme of debarring all deputations and
study leave. Instead of looking at things like whether the person is merely seeking
to escape the rigors of the transfer policy / the prestige and difficulty in getting
selected for a course, blind refusal on one pretext or the other is made. Is it
too much to expect a clear reasoned policy on such matters so that one does not
waste efforts? Or one must suffer the "enlightened" whimsical approach. S

It is absolutely uncharitable to write like this for IRS officers
posted in metros. Do you think officers of any service posted in any city do not
indulge in such practices, The IRS does not offer any facilities to its officers.
On transfer you have to fend for house, school, transportation and what not. What
is legitimately given as facilities? Prababily nothing. So once you are posted
at a station and know the streets, it is simply hard to move,. On the other hand
it is also true that officers in Kanpur, Lucknow, North-East, Nagpur or for that
matter also do not want to move for reasons of convenience. The officer quoted
has 2 ottistic children-can anyone imagine how difficult life can be for him.
Do not defame this service like this. The other services are equally corrupt if
not more.Let someone analyse the things properly instead of using lose language. A
respondent Is there any Service in which officers don't want to be posted
in Metros? Transfer Policy is very good. But please don't look for outrageous
reasons to support a very good Policy. V S Chauhan Aaj Ki
Aawaz Seems Arjun Singh wants to invest in the Stock Market but feels
prices are too high, Wants the share prices to fall and then he will buy!!!! Arjun
Singh says that India should have a Commie PM
. his logic is that Congress
is taking the flak for the decisions being pushed through by Commies
.. he
says that why should Congress face the flak for the Commie agenda??? Should this
happen the Sensex will plummet
overseas confidence in India will plummet
too
.. business confidence in India will also plummet!!! Why is Arjun making
such statements
is he singing someone's tune???? Taking cue
form Arjun Nut too has his advice
. Nut says that those over seventy
should retire, But even if this takes place in Nut's case it will be recorded
that Nut hooaa thaa fire!!! Nut says that all those over seventy should
retire and make way for the younger lot!!!! Nut, Aiyer and Amrinder met in Patiala
and they've cooked something up
and they are also trying to rope in
Arjun!!!! Seems within Congress a caucus is being made
. and viewing the
boost that the Commies have got this group is now trying to buddy up with the
Commies!! Aiyer is a Commie in Congress clothes
Nut wants to take
badla
.. Amrinder is partly in this because of Nut and partly because he
knows that in Punjab his game is over and is looking for something in the Center
..
as for Arjun , he's never been able to come to terms with Manmohan becoming PM!!!!
Congrats Sonia
Amar Singh ki ho gayi tai tai fis, Even
in Assam bus kee Amar ne miss!!! Sonia made SP eat crow in Rae Bareilly
.
and in Assam too Amar was made to eat crow
seems this has become poor
ole Amar's diet!!!! He thought that he would be able to play the King maker in
Assam
. post results Amar switched off his mobile and became uncommunicable
..
he's got nothing to say
. tongue tied!!!! They say Rahul has moved
a step closer to the Gandhi throne
.. what post will he get!!!! Hear that
in the betting markets this is the new bet!!!! Odds
.. 10 to
1 Cabinet Minister
. 2 to 1 role in UP
.. even ka bhau CWC
Member!!!! There is no doubt that Congress has to try to win UP back
.. but
UP is a caste cauldron and at present the jaathi samikran is not in favour of
Congress!!! Mayawathi's BSP is on the rise
.Congress needs to do some
quick thinking!!! There is no doubt that Congress is leaderless and rudderless
in UP
. Utterly Pareshaan!!! Pramod Mahajan made BJP win in Rajhastan
and this should be a case study for Congress in UP!!!!! Jagmeet Brar speaks
and Amrinder squirms, Because Jagmeet has opened Amrinder's can of worms!!! One
thing is for sure Amrinder is going to have no say in the distribution of tickets
in Punjab!!! If by a miracle Congress wins Amrinder is not going to be the CM!!!
Basically Amrinder has been a royal pain. Something else also makes Amrinder squirm
..
once he looses his CM crown he will loose the helicopter
he abhors
traveling by road
.. and then traveling by road as a nobody is going to be
a double whammy!!! Bharat Kumar |
